We set our belongings down, put our feet up, and waited. It’ll be just a few minutes,” she said and made a call. I went to the PrimeTime curb-side rep, showed her our print-out, and said, “We’d like to go home.” “Hang on. After landing, we gathered up our stuff from the carousel. In New York, my son did graduate: my wife had her high beams on permanently bright I was enormously relieved (He really did it!) and he was glad, I think, that parental hovering might finally fade. I didn’t want anyone angry or disappointed or embarrassed. I had intended the fancy ride to be a surprise, so I was the only one who knew that we had paid for an upgrade but got a downgrade instead. We had saved for a couple of years to make the trip special, and one of the indulgences we splurged on was to hire the “luxury sedan” to ride to the airport. My son was graduating from Columbia University, New York – a very big deal for me and my wife. I tell this story reluctantly, but, if you’re left with only PrimeTime to get you from one place to another, be prepared. You need to be careful with Prime Time Shuttle. It appears with all the bad reviews this company will not improve its service but chooses to ignore comments. I explained that I had an international number but no attempt had been made to ring me, finally a car arrived and the driver told me he couldn't contact me as the call centre had added about 12 extra numbers to me international number. We also had a return trip organised but it was equally as bad, our 6pm pickup hadn't arrived at 6.20 so we got on to them and was told that as I didn't have a US phone number they couldn't contact me. Finally Glen arrived and was very helpful to us and to another passenger that he delivered to another terminal to get a lift. After waiting about 30 minutes with no shuttle arriving I resorted to trying to phone or email them, to do this I had to return to the terminal for wifi connection. Several others were also waiting for collection. Our flight was a bit late and after finally finding the kiosk, there wasn't an attendant and the supposed iPad terminal wasn't there. Our booking was made via email from Australia in April, collect from LAX to West Hollywood hotel, collect at 11.50am, I also received several confirmation emails but no instructions on what to do at the airports. Like many of the other reviews for this company we experienced a similar result. Worst service ever! Do not us the service of either company! And it's not my fault I'm a tourist so have a mobile number from my own country which they refuse to call as it's not a US number, they could of sent s text if they were worried about cost. Despite I requested twice for them to update my pick up address and they said they did and the email confirmation even had my hotel address on it. The driver supposedly had marked us down as a no show despite us being there the whole time waiting for collection with multiple hotel staff who can verify this, they refused to send a new driver or refund the money we had already paid and stated it was my fault for not having a correct pick up address or an American phone number they can call me on. On the day of collection we went outside and stood directly in front of our hotel 10mins early after waiting for 25 minutes (the shuttle was 15 minutes late) we called prime time shuttle and contacted Shuttle to LAX. Worst service ever! I booked shuttle through Shuttles to LAX they sent it to a prime time shuttle, a month before pick up I contacted the staff to change my pick up location a day later once no email received of confirmation I contacted again.
